Today at a glance
Clocked in, currently working, running late, and requests waiting for you, all on the first screen.
Time clock with no app to install
Employees just point their phone camera at a QR code. PocketWork confirms they are on site at the moment they tap, and schedules, leave and approvals are handled from a single manager screen.
Welcome, Haneul Kim.
How clock-in is verified
The QR code opens your workplace's page, and the location at the moment of the tap confirms the employee is on site. Both must match before anything is recorded.
Point the phone's built-in camera at the workplace QR and tap the link. No app needed.
Location is read only at the moment the employee taps Clock in, to confirm they are within the workplace radius.
The time and the location result are saved together and appear on the manager screen right away.
No clocking in early from home or on the way to work.
For when you also want to stop buddy punching with a shared photo.
Employees can undo a clock-in themselves within 5 minutes.
Employee screen
The questions employees used to ask a manager, and the forms they used to fill out on paper, now take a few taps on their phone.
Manager screen

Statutory annual leave granted automatically from each hire date (Korean labor law), half days, custom leave types, and a full grant and adjustment history.
Department heads review first and the manager gives final approval. Others on leave the same day are shown alongside.
Approve or reject leave, overtime and attendance corrections from a single list.
Click a cell in the attendance grid to fix it, and download a CSV timesheet at month-end.
Add and update employees in bulk with CSV, organized by department and shift group.
Registering sites beyond your main location, with a record of where each clock-in happened, is coming to subscriptions soon.
Shift-time reminders for employees, and late or before-shift alerts for managers. Request decisions collect in the employee's inbox.
Pin a notice to the top of the employee clock-in screen.
Every change records who made it, when, and what changed, so you can check later.
Invite managers with a link and keep owner and manager permissions separate.
