Frequently asked questions about pricing

How is the number of seats decided?

For each workplace you choose the total number of seats you subscribe to. You can register employees freely within that limit, and the price and limit do not change automatically when employees leave or are set to inactive. Change the limit from subscription management in your account.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. At checkout you can choose monthly or yearly. Yearly is ₩15,000 a year per extra employee (tax included), two months cheaper than paying monthly. Adding seats during a yearly term charges the prorated amount now; removing seats applies from the next yearly renewal.

How much is a 12-seat subscription?

Only the 2 seats above 10 are billed: ₩3,000 a month, tax included. Up to 10 is always free.

What if I add or remove seats mid-period?

Adding seats charges the prorated amount for the rest of the current period right away and applies immediately; from the next billing date you pay for the new total. Removing seats keeps your current seats for the rest of the period; the lower number and price apply from the next billing date.

Can I pay online now?

Yes. Sign in and go to Account > License to choose seats for each workplace and pay by card. Payment is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; it renews monthly on the same date and you can change or cancel anytime. With 10 or fewer employees, just use it for free.

What about multiple workplaces?

Each workplace is billed separately. Every workplace gets 10 employees free, and only its own extra employees are billed.

Are taxes included?

Yes. Prices are in Korean won (KRW) and include VAT. The final amount is shown again at checkout before you pay.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment or renewal. We review the payment and your usage and refund either the full amount or the unused period. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
